Located in the bustling Capitol Hill neighborhood adjacent to the light rail station, the Holiday Apartments provide a vibrant anchor for the surrounding neighborhood. Originally built in 1959, the renovation was completed in June 2010. This occupied rehabilitation included envelope upgrades to the exterior walls and windows, roof replacement, decommissioning of the existing pool, and other minor upgrades. Funding for this project included low-income housing tax credits and Washington Housing Trust Fund dollars.
