Supportive services at the Simons Apartments provide assistance with economic and health issues, including an on-site nurse. The 76,013 sq. ft. project features larger than average studio apartments, a greater number of accessible units than required, a rooftop deck, and two large tenant lounges. Funding sources included low-income housing tax credits and Washington Housing Trust Fund dollars.
