Megan Espinoza, NCARB, Associate
Megan’s belief in accessible housing and desire to support a community-focused vision led her to SMR in 2012. She is deeply committed to affordable housing and brings a background in farm worker housing development. With a background in architecture and non-profit housing development, Megan has a special understanding of the dynamics involved in getting a project funded and built. She is keenly aware of the requirements placed on the owner by each of the stakeholder groups including the future tenants. With this awareness, she is a great asset not only to the design team, but also to the project owner, carefully considering the needs of the design and the budget.
