Artspace Everett Lofts

 

The Artspace Everett Lofts provides 40 units of affordable live/work studios for individuals and families as well as office space for the Arts Council of Snohomish County. Units include one- and two-bedroom spaces from 800 to 1,300 sq. ft. and feature open floor plans, high ceilings, and durable surfaces. The $9.8 million building also features an outdoor deck for residents, commercial storefronts, and underground parking.

Located in downtown Everett on Hoyt Avenue, Artspace Everett Lofts is a vibrant neighborhood contributor and serves in many community-building activities.
