Developed by DESC to create safe, permanent homes and a support system for individuals experiencing homelessness, Clement Place is a six-story building that has 100 studio unit apartments above an inviting, open courtyard. The building is located in the Aurora-Licton Springs neighborhood at 937 North 96th Street.
The ground floor includes offices for the on-site staff and tenant common space, including a kitchen, dining/community room, television lounge, and a small computer lab. The building also contains environmentally-friendly features such as energy-efficient appliances, bio-retention planters, and Energy Recovery Ventilators.
