The Delridge Apartments will be built into a hillside, nestled in the West Seattle neighborhood. Once complete, it will be a five-story, mixed-use building with 36 market rate residential units and approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of commercial space on the ground level. The building will include parking for 38 vehicles and will feature a large patio on the second floor, as well as a charming rooftop deck. SMR created a master use plan for this project.
