Interbay Place

Located in Seattle’s Interbay neighborhood, Interbay Place provides affordable, permanent housing to formerly homeless residents with serious mental illnesses or other conditions. The five-story building’s 97 studio apartments are each equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom. The ground floor houses office space for on-site staff and common areas that include a kitchen, dining and community room, television lounge, and computer lab.

Program: Five-story mixed-use building with 97 apartment units for low income tenants,
four stories of wood frame over one story of concrete construction with one
parking garage for 12 vehicles. Common tenant space and DESC offices.
