Langdon and Anne Simons Senior Apartments at 2119 Third Avenue provides supportive housing for formerly homeless senior citizens and veterans. Supportive services at the Simons Apartments provide assistance with economic and health issues, including an on-site nurse. The 76,013 sq. ft. project features larger than average studio apartments, a greater number of accessible units than required, a rooftop deck, and two large tenant lounges. Funding sources included low-income housing tax credits and Washington Housing Trust Fund dollars.
