Lutheran Community Services Building

The Lutheran Community Services Building provides 32,000 sq. ft. of program space for a variety of social services, on-site parking for 92 cars, office space for the tri-state administration office of Lutheran Community Services, and extensive site development with gathering spaces, garden areas, and paths to connect it to the Angle Lake Senior Housing project.

The childcare and after school program provides space for 75 infants and children. Social service spaces provide services to the immigrant and refugee population of South King County, including a Family Support Center, in-home care to the disabled and elderly living in independent settings, and counseling and divorce lifeline services.  The project also brings the first medical clinic to SeaTac. King County Health Services will develop the Four-Physician Clinic.
