Located in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood, this supportive housing project provides 77 studio units for formerly homeless people and three studio units for live-in staff. The first level includes tenant amenities such as two large common rooms, a kitchen, and housing case managers’ offices. Direct access to exterior spaces from the common room and an elevated private courtyard create an oasis for tenants. New cherry trees, landscaping, and seating were incorporated along the steep hill climb of Cherry Street to enhance the neighborhood. The building opened in September 2017.
