Sylvia Odom’s Place

Located in the heart of Belltown on 3rd Avenue and Virginia Street, Plymouth Housing Group’s Sylvia Odom’s Place provides 64 affordable units for formerly homeless residents who have participated in Plymouth Housing Group’s Housing Options Program and a one-bedroom manager’s unit.

This project provides an intermediate step from housing with full supportive services to more independent, though still supportive, living. The studio apartments include built-in desks, accessible features for an aging population, and large windows to maximize daylight and fresh air.  The building also offers a spacious common room with a skylight, a workout room for residents, a computer room, and common laundry facilities. The second floor highlights include a contemplative green roof with benches and vertical green screens, spectacular city views from the green roof deck, and opportunities to garden. Leasable retail space on the first floor along 3rd Avenue is also available.
