
Demian Minjarez, Associate
Demian joined SMR in 2011 and became an Associate in 2019. He has 23 years of experience in architecture and construction and has held roles in all phases of design and project management. Demian believes in the strength of communication during the process of design and project coordination, holding in high regard the needs and desires of clients, their tenants, and the broader community. Demian credits his dedication to affordable housing and advocacy to his family, which is committed to families, children with special needs, and social work for homeless and veterans.
