Kristin Benson Place was selected as an Award of Merit recipient in the 2022 Gold Nugget Awards competition, an awards program that honors architectural design and planning excellence. Chosen from the elite pool of Merit Award winners, Grand Awards will be announced on June 22nd during the 2022 Gold Nugget Awards Ceremony. Kristin Benson Place provides 91 residential housing units (and two resident manager units) with supplemental on-site residential services and resident amenities. The housing is provided following Plymouth Housing’s “Moving On” program model, providing homes for residents of other Plymouth properties who have established a record of stability. This allows other units at Plymouth’s supportive housing properties to become available for those currently experiencing homelessness. More information about the awards program is available here.
