Pendleton Place was selected as a winner in the 2023 Puget Sound Regional Council’s VISION 2050 Awards. The VISION 2050 Awards celebrate progress to enhance the region’s communities and natural environment while advancing equity and opportunity for all. Pendleton Place provides 72 housing units for people who are struggling with chronic homelessness in addition to mental health care and ongoing support services for Kitsap’s most vulnerable residents.
“Pendleton Place covers all the bases,” said Josh Brown, Executive Director of PSRC. “The building serves residents ranging in age from 20 to 72, including several veterans, and has around-the-clock support for the residents, including substance use treatment services and employment assistance.”
