
David Albers, Associate
David joined SMR in 2012 and became an Associate in 2019. He spent over 10 years creating house plans for custom homebuilders prior to completing his degree in architecture. While at the University of Washington, he became interested in affordable housing and transit-oriented development (TOD) design. He now focuses his practice on affordable and market rate multi-family developments, TODs, new construction, and rehabilitation. David offers a passion for creating buildings that meet client needs while enhancing the lives of residents.
