Dean Kralios NCARB, LEED® AP BD+C, Managing Principal

Dean’s work with SMR includes supportive housing for individuals transitioning out of homelessness, affordable family housing, and the rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of existing structures. A focus on sustainable design is a common thread among these diverse project types. Through his background in anthropology and preservation, Dean has learned the important role buildings play in the forming of meaningful community and endeavors to create thoughtful spaces that contribute to a sense of place.
