Scott Starr

Scott Starr, AIA, Managing Principal

Scott joined SMR in 2002 and became a principal in 2011. He has an extensive background in the design of affordable housing, mixed-use buildings, and market rate housing. Scott is the representative for SMR for the Housing Consortium of Everett and Snohomish County. He is also a member of the “Green Team” committee that helped the State of Washington Department of Commerce develop ESDS 4.1.

Scott has extensive experience working with YHA, having served as Managing Principal on a number of projects, including Chuck Austin Place and all phases of Cosech Court II Farmworker Housing.
