SMR is proud to share that Aspen Terrace received a 2022 AGC Build Washington Construction Excellence Award in the Private Building ($5 – $20 million) category. Congrats to Pioneer Human Services, Walsh Construction, Bellwether Housing, and the project team for earning this well-deserved recognition. Aspen Terrace expands housing affordability and is Pioneer Human Services’ first new construction project, providing 89 studio apartments (plus one studio unit for live-in staff). Read more here.
