Coronado Springs Cottages

SMR recently completed the rehabilitation of Coronado Springs Cottages in White Center. The project included exterior and interior upgrades to 19, one-story buildings for BRIDGE Housing Corporation.

Each building was a mix of units, for a total of 149 units. As the units were occupied, each had a 30-day turnaround for the complete overhaul. Property amenities include a fitness center, laundry facilities, children’s playground, and a lake with walking trails and picnic areas for residents’ use. BRIDGE acquired Coronado Springs in July 2016 and rehabilitated the property to ensure the development continues to perform as high-quality affordable housing in the coming decades.
