Interbay Place

Located in Seattle’s Interbay neighborhood, Interbay Place provides affordable, permanent housing to formerly homeless residents with serious mental illnesses or other conditions.

Program

The five-story building’s 97 studio apartments are each equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom. The ground floor houses office space for on-site staff and common areas that include a kitchen, dining and community room, television lounge, and computer lab.
