SMR Architects attended the grand opening of Steven’s Place, a new permanent supportive housing development in Seattle’s Interbay neighborhood designed for DESC. The building provides 109 studio units and five respite units, offering low-barrier housing paired with wraparound services, including behavioral health and substance use disorder support.
