Congratulations to Tacoma Housing Authority, Korsmo Construction, and the entire Arlington Drive Youth Campus team! The project was honored on May 19, 2022 at the AGC Build Washington Construction Excellence Awards Ceremony in the Public Building ($5 – $20 million) category. Developed by Tacoma Housing Authority, the campus consists of a Crisis Residential Center for homeless youth and a 58-unit apartment complex for young adults who were previously experiencing homelessness, transitioning from foster care, or on the threshold of homelessness.
