SMR’s Housing Hilltop project team joined Tacoma Housing Authority, Walsh Construction Co., and community leaders to break ground on a new mixed-use affordable development in Tacoma. A two-site/two-building development, the completed project will provide 231 family housing units and retail space to the Hilltop neighborhood. Congratulations to the project team!
