Congratulations to Bellwether Housing‘s The Aries at Bitter Lake for receiving a 2024 VISION 2050 Award from the Puget Sound Regional Council! SMR is honored to have collaborated with Bellwether Housing and Walsh Construction Co. on this affordable housing development that provides 200 affordable homes for individuals and families earning lower incomes (50%-60% AMI). The award was presented to the team during the City of Seattle’s Housing and Human Services Committee meeting yesterday.
The PSRC VISION 2050 Awards honor initiatives that simultaneously uplift our region’s communities, safeguard the natural environment, and promote equity and opportunity for all residents.
