Located in the Lake Hills neighborhood of Bellevue, Spiritwood Manor offers comfortable apartments, many of them two- and three-bedrooms. Amenities include laundry facilities, a community building, and children’s playground. Spiritwood Manor involved the renovation of fourteen walk-up style residential apartment buildings and a leasing office constructed in the late 1960s. Interior improvement work included in-kind replacement of interior flooring finishes, cabinets, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures and electrical panels in 128 apartments, which included one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Exterior envelope improvements consisted of window and door replacements, thermal and air barrier improvements, and re-siding of all fourteen buildings. Exterior stairs and guardrails also were reconstructed and brought into compliance with current code requirements. An interior remodel of the leasing office to improve accessibility was a scope addition implemented during construction.
