The project integrated a planned woonerf (living street) at 162nd Avenue into the ground floor exterior open space by creating an expanded pedestrian path, residential plaza, and exterior seating area for the commercial space. Other amenities include a green roof, rooftop deck with BBQ and fire pit, a club room for entertaining or just hanging out, a fitness room, live/work units, and multiple bike storage areas. In addition to bike storage for every resident, Ravello provides 88 parking stalls for residents and is just one block south of the Redmond Transit Center, providing convenient transportation for any type of commuter.
