YWCA Family Village at Issaquah, 146 units of affordable housing, community and childcare centers, and YWCA offices, is an example of what can be accomplished through an innovative collaboration between city, county, and national partners to bridge the gap between working-class families’ incomes and ever-increasing housing costs. This $34 million, 2.4-acre project consists of 146 affordable mixed-income units. A living-space that empowers residents and enriches the Issaquah Highlands.
