This 80-unit, independent living, senior community was the first phase of a multi-generational campus. Located in SeaTac, the four-acre parcel was divided in two, accommodating the senior housing and a community services building. The site master plan provides shared amenities such as a p-patch and intergenerational programs with the neighboring childcare and community centers. Funding for Angle Lake included low-income housing tax credits and Washington Housing Trust Fund dollars.
